There were limited pillows and no extra blanket. The heater made constant noise so we had to turn it off. The breakfast as very limited. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a Patel Hotel. That could be the whole review, but I will continue. It is an old hotel that has had a lot of new updates. The lobby is new, the furnishings in the room are new. However, you can see the old hotel peeking out from behind the veneer sometimes: the heating/cooling unit looked and sounded like something from a WWII German U-Boat; the windows were so clouded over you could hardly see out; there is no elevator to the second floor; only the most basic channels on TV; the mini-fridge obviously dated to a time when hotel fridges had slots for little bottles of booze. Nevertheless, I was happy with the room- I thought it was clean and modern- it had the obligatory and necessary coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge. It even had pleasant older touches that seem to have vanished in a lot of modern establishments: Gideon Bibles, a luggage holder, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer, an ice bucket for the ice machine. Problems: 1. the "breakfast" was the biggest joke I ever saw. Cold coffee, a pitcher of orange juice, a bowl of apples, and two selections of tiny pastries, none of which seemed to be replaced or refreshed when they disappeared. And the management had the utter nerve to put a sign in the breakfast area saying that they've "upgraded" their selections to accord with Covid safety regulations, in other words using Covid to justify this insult. And I paid $140 to stay here. 2. This is a pet-friendly hotel. I brought a dog. Their $35 per night pet fee was even higher than other more upscale chains charge. In other hotels in which I have brought a dog, I have been placed in rooms without carpet, for understandable reasons. My room at this hotel had a carpet. So if you're allergic to dogs, I would be wary of staying at this hotel, because apparently the don't just put dogs in certain rooms but in every room, and you might react to dog hair in the carpet. So, in short, clean room, nice place, with some caveats.

Booked the Hotel for a Professional Wrestler that drove 6 hours to be on the show. When he was heading to the Hotel he received a text that the reservation was cancelled. When the reservation was made i put late check in down. I called the property and they said they didn't hear from us by 4:00PM so they cancelled it. I've never heard of such a policy and then they said the manage would call back and never did. Never again will i book a Wyndham Property. Stay away . Poor Business Practices!!

Absolutely Horrible. Let’s start with check in. There was no one at the desk for quite some time. Rang the bell several times. Finally a man walked in and went into the back and finally a woman walked out who looked like she was just woken up. I complained at night and in the morning because I got absolutely no sleep. The heating unit was so noisy and the refrigerator was making a continual wining noise. The worse part was that my room was close to the front desk and the staff were very loud and annoying. The steel frame beds were very uncomfortable. The entire place had a bad smell. I was very worried about security. The place just did not feel safe. Maybe because of the sleeping front desk person. The place and rooms need some major up dating. The carpets are old and musty. The person I tried to talk to in the morning I don’t believe spoke English. He just nodded and smiled. Simply disgusting and horrible stay. I should have slept in my car.

Falsely accused of smoking and Illegaly charged

I booked 2 nights at Super 8 by Wyndham/Liverpool/Clay/Syracuse on the 20th and 21st of Jan 2024. I paid a total of 167 CAD in advance to Agoda. After checking out form the hotel i found out the the hotel had charged me 69 CAD and another charge 346 CAD on top of my original payment, i contacted Agoda, and after contacting the hotel i was informed by Agoda that 50 CAD of the overcharged payment will be credited to my account and the rest of 294 CAD was a fine applied on my for smoking in the room. I myself booked a non-smoking room and was staying there with my children, and no one ever smoked in the room. I called the property and spoke to the general manager Mr. Ankur Patel who assured me that he would look into thr matter. I have been trying to reach him since 3 days now and no one is picking up the call at the hotel. I Do not appreciate being falsely accused of smoking in the room. i hope this matter is solved promptly and i am given a refund of the illegal payment made from my account, other wise I will have no choice but to initiate legal action.
